PlayBlock with the technical advantages of Arbitrum

PlayBlock also ⁢uses Arbitrum Nitro’s ⁢rollup technology for ‌its‌ operation. This combination is intended to promote a more user-friendly gaming experience on the blockchain and improve aspects such as transparency,⁢ fairness and ownership of in-game assets.

Integration with Arbitrum Anytrust technology also allows the network to have a 250ms block⁤ time and near-instant ⁣transaction finality, making it easier to ‍process thousands of transactions per second.

PlayBlock will also bring the PBG token, leveraging Orbit’s native gas token functionality to provide gamers with a gas fee-free environment. Additionally, the launch of PlayBlock Layer3’s own stablecoin USDP, pegged to the US dollar, ⁢is expected to mitigate market volatility.

“Playnance approached us with a request to develop an end-to-end gaming platform that supports thousands of games ⁣and millions of users,” said Gelato founder Hilmar Orth.

“We have developed a full-service, gaming-first, auto-scalable rollup‍ infrastructure ‍that enables Playnance to grow and scale quickly ⁢while focusing on its core business,” ‍Orth explained. ‌ ⁢ ⁢ ⁣ ⁣ ⁢ ⁣ ⁤ ‍ ⁤ ‍
