Binance’s $2.25 Million Fine Paves Way for Return to India

India’s Financial Intelligence Unit has fined Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange by revenue, 188.2 million rupees ($2.25 million) for violating anti-money laundering regulations. Binance has not yet announced when it will resume operations in India. The fine will need to be paid within the allocated time frame to avoid further penalties.
