Sources familiar with the situation claim that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has rejected CBOE BZX’s filings on these Solana-related ETFs. This led to the removal of the products from the website.

Matthew Sigel from VanEck’s digital asset research team has assured investors that the CBOE will not remove the CBOE filings.
