Report: StoneX Makes Unsolicited $480 Million Offer for UK CAB Payments

- The revised offer is 145 pence per share, an 18% premium to CAB Payments’ current price of 123 pence. StoneX’s original offer valued CAB Payments shares at 115 pence per share.
StoneX, an American financial services company, has made an unsolicited $480 million takeover offer for CAB Payments, just months after the UK-listed company went public. The offer represents a significant premium to CAB Payments’ current share price. StoneX is tracking CAB Payments.
Dow Jones Newswires reported that StoneX made the latest offer to CAB Payments on September 23. This was not the first time the US company had contacted the company.
